Where do your items come from?
Most of our items come estates. SO they are used. Some may need cleaning, or have insignificant defects. We will show any defects in our pics & also state in our description. We do also sell factory fresh modern pop culture collectibles. These will also be stated in our descriptions.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. We will combine items when we can to save you shipping costs. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR POSTAL DELAYS, ONCE IT’S IN THE POSSESSION OF the SHIPPING COMPANY, IT’S THEIR RESPONSIBILITY. We will provide tracking numbers of items shipped.
Do you take returns?
If you receive an item that is not as described, you need to notify us WITHIN 3 DAYS. Please if you have questions about an item, ask before you purchase - BUYERS REMORSE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS A REASON FOR RETURN! WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING. Items that may get damaged during shipping, need to be taken up with the carrier company. We ship the items as you see pictured.
Free shipping in USA?
Free shipping in USA is for purchases over $35 single item or combined items. Free shipping is NOT priority, it is ground advantage via USPS. If you wish it faster, please email us prior to purchase & we will send you an updated invoice including shipping costs. If you live out of the US, please contact us prior to purchase, so we can give you shipping cost.
